I’m Farhoon Asim, Founder and CEO of The UK Job Institute. I came to the UK in 2016 with no network and no roadmap. After 300+ job rejections, I finally secured my first role at KPMG and learned how international students can truly stand out in the UK job market.
In 2023, I took a £7,000 personal loan and launched a paid community that generated $1.1M in 12 months — helping over 150 students secure UK-sponsored jobs. That journey led to what I now call my life’s work: The UK Job Institute, a structured, affordable, and proven training system built by international students, for international students.
